Benefits include:

  • Up to three complimentary room nights per contract for site inspections

  • Two complimentary room upgrades (one category) for each group booking

  • Only 5% deposit (on estimated rooms and F&B revenue) at time of booking; 75% deposit due 30 days prior to event; balance due 30 days after event

  • 20% attrition allowed up to 14 days ahead of arrival

  • No cancellation fees at hotels, if cancelled three months prior to arrival

  • No cancellation fees at resorts, if cancelled nine months prior to arrival
